Tasting Counter breaks down the barrier between dining room and kitchen, bringing you closer to the preparation and presentation of your meal. Experience a nine-course tasting menu with inspired beverage pairings, as chefs cook directly for you.
Each two hour seating is akin to a performance and intended to be a multi-sensory experience. In a minimalist and modern space that is both kitchen and dining room, guests take their seats at a U-shaped counter framing the kitchen and watch as food for 20 guests is cooked, beautifully plated, and served immediately, course by course. Dishes are presented by a chef and paired with inspired selections of natural wines, beers, sakes, or housemade non-alcoholic beverages, with guests encouraged to eat, sip, and ask questions.
Utilizing impeccably sourced New England ingredients and influenced by culinary techniques and traditions from around the world, the 9-course Tasting Menu maintains elements of surprise and is never revealed in advance (though guests receive a keepsake menu at the end of dinner).
In place of reservations, guests purchase tickets which include everything: the tasting menu, beverage pairings, service, and tax. Tickets completely remove the financial component from the dining experience so that guests may simply walk out the door when their meal is complete... just like going to a concert, theater, or sporting event.
Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday, with two seatings each evening (6pm & 8pm). Purchasing tickets in advance is required via our ticketing system. We make every effort to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions with advance notice.
