Winter Foraging Tour & Dinner – Sunday, January 27, 2019
Sourcing local ingredients year-round may seem daunting when faced with our long New England winters. We are excited to share with you how to source and create incredible dishes utilizing local ingredients that have been both foraged and preserved... allowing you to rethink how to source and eat during the winter months.
Tickets are all-inclusive of the 9-course tasting menu, featuring foraged ingredients, as well as all beverage pairings, service and tax:
- 2-hour forging tour led by Tyler (exact details will be announced soon)
- 1st Tour: 10AM - 12PM
- 2nd Tour: 1PM - 3PM
- 6PM dinner at Tasting Counter

New England winter weather can be quite unpredictable. If the elements are not conducive to do an outdoor excursion, we may opt to host a hands-on presentation and seminar on foraged food preservation instead. We will confirm the format and all details with our guests on the day prior to the event.
