Our yellow miso is inspired by traditional Japanese miso. This is an incredibly versatile product that can be used in sweet and savory dishes alike.
Yellow Miso is made with organic soy beans, which are steamed and mixed with our own koji rice to create our take on traditional Japanese miso. This miso is bright with layers of sweet, salty, and nutty flavors. Try this in your favorite miso soup recipe or add it into your go-to cookie, cake, or brownie batter for a unique twist!
- Seasoning for soups and stews, dipping sauces and marinades, and roasted veggies
- Miso Sauce: Perfect with raw or roasted veggies, summer rolls and noodle dishes! Combine about 2 tablespoons of miso and nut butter, 1-2 cloves garlic, ½” slice of ginger, a dash of sesame oil, about 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar or a combo of rice vinegar and lime juice, and water in to thin to preferred texture. Blend until smooth and adjust seasonings by adding a bit more vinegar, a little bit of soy sauce, a dash of hot sauce or chili paste, or some honey or maple syrup. Store in a jar in the fridge for 1 week.
