We are thrilled to officially launch TC Market... a collection of the same sauces, vinegars, and preserves made to use at the restaurant, are now available for our guests to enjoy at home. Find them all for purchase on our website and at the restaurant.Made in small batches using carefully sourced ingredients exclusively from local farms (such as Wild Acres Farm in western MA), we preserve ingredients in peak season so they may be enjoyed throughout the year. TC Market features classics used in dishes featured on our tasting and wine bar menus, including lacto-fermented hot sauces, oak-aged red wine vinegar, and preserved lemons!More Info – Prices range from $10-15. Preserves, Vinegars, Honey, and Maple Syrup are available to purchase online with shipping available throughout the United States. Hot Sauces are currently only available for purchase at Tasting Counter. Seasonal items will be continuously added to the market throughout the year.
