We are developing the next home of Tasting Counter as a greenhouse-based, farm-integrated evolution of what we began in Somerville in 2015.
This next chapter is designed to be more than a restaurant. It is a regenerative hospitality project rooted in land, seasonality, and craft. We will build a more whole ecosystem between guests, chefs, farmers, and the earth: a greenhouse restaurant surrounded by gardens, orchards, farm systems, and the seasons. We are searching carefully for land in Southern Berkshire County or nearby that can hold this full vision. Your support helps make that possible.
Interested in Contributing?
We are in the early stages of building a Founding Partner group to support the foundational phase of Tasting Counter as we continue the land search, advance design and planning, and prepare for the next stage of financing and development. Because this is a private capital opportunity, specific materials, terms, and next steps are shared directly after an introductory conversation and only where appropriate. If the project resonates with you and you would like to learn more, we would be glad to connect privately.
Stay Close to the Project
We also know that many people who care deeply about Tasting Counter may want to follow the project and support it in a smaller way when the time is right. As the next phase takes shape, we will share updates through our mailing list (join below), including future opportunities to
stay connected to the project.
