We're busy this spring fermenting, pickling, preserving, and growing! The most memorable experiences take place in the kitchen and we are ready to cook for you. When you join us for lunch or dinner, you are a guest in our home... our kitchen is your dining room!For your 3-course lunch or 9-course dinner, we are using many of our own long-term fermentation projects: kimchi, miso, vinegars, and kombucha. Our "grow wall" is full of edible flowers, herbs, and microgreens. We're setting up shop in the VIP tent on Wednesday, June 15 (5:30-7:30pm) in Davis Square for the Taste of Somerville, featuring over 60 fellow local restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Purchase tickets before they sell out! Proceeds go to benefit Somerville CAN.

One of our most exciting new relationships is with Dovetail Sake. We are using their sake kasu (a by-product of sake brewing) as a marinade for sablefish. Check out the article featuring this dish in the Boston Globe!
