Our next chapter is taking root in Southern Berkshire County, where we’re creating a destination that unites locavore cuisine, regenerative kitchen culture, and transformative hospitality — all in one immersive experience.
Set in the heart of Western Massachusetts, the Berkshires offer an ideal setting: a renowned food and arts hub just over two hours from both New York City and Boston, surrounded by natural beauty that shifts with each season — from vibrant fall foliage and snow-covered hills to blooming spring flowers and lush summer farmland.
At the center of the experience will be a 48-seat restaurant within an architecturally innovative greenhouse — a glowing, glass-enclosed space that blurs the boundaries between kitchen, nature, and guest. Surrounded by forest, pasture, and field, the dining space invites connection to the seasons and the land beyond the glass. Guests will gather at an intimate counter, where a multi-course tasting menu unfolds in real time — prepared and presented by chefs just steps away. Each dish will carry a sense of place, with ingredients sourced from the surrounding ecosystem and crafted with intention, creativity, and care.
Dining at Tasting Counter Berkshires will be more than a meal: it will be a front-row seat to the craft of cooking — a seasonal journey deeply connected to food, place, and community.
