Seasonal handcrafted non-alcoholic beverages have been an integral part of our tasting menu since the first day we open our doors to our guests. Here we have a refreshing beverage, perfect to bid the summer farewell, made with English cucumber and fresh lime. Local cucumbers are juiced and blended with lime zest, giving the drink a zesty punch of lime with a hint of bitterness. It's finished with cherrywood smoked sea salt (made with sea salt from SalterieOne in Duxbury, MA), and a splash of orange blossom water.
