SEASON with CHEF PETER UNGÁR

A workshop to benefit Lovin' Spoonfuls – MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 – 

We're huge fans of Lovin’ Spoonfuls! Their mission to prevent food waste and distribute healthy, fresh food to those in need resonates with our own mission to eliminate food waste, while working toward a 0-carbon footprint kitchen, sourcing more than 50% of our food from within Massachusetts, and serving 100% natural food and beverages. So we're particularly excited for Peter to lead an intimate workshop focusing on the craft of "closed-loop cooking at home" at the BCAE to benefit this great organization! Enjoy snacks and wine, followed by tastes of all the dishes.

BOSTON LOCAL FOOD FESTIVAL 

– SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15 –

We return to one of our favorite events of the year - Sustainable Business Network's Boston Local Food Festival! We'll be on the Rose Kennedy Greenway from 11AM-5PM. Stop by our tent to stock up on TC Market products (fermented hot sauces, house-made vinegars, seasonal preserves), or swing by the demo kitchen to say hello!

WINE BAR TAKEOVER with CHEF CARL DOOLEY

– TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 –

Chef Carl Dooley of the celebrated Cambridge restaurant, The Table at Season to Taste, will join us at Tasting Counter serving a one-night-only menu for our Wine Bar Takeover! FARM-TO-KITCHEN COOKING CLASS

Multi-Sensory Cooking with Chef Peter Ungár– MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 30 –

Join Peter at the Boston Public Market KITCHEN for a hands-on class exploring how to create a seasonal three-course menu. The class will highlight our beautiful local produce found here in New England, along with simple techniques that will improve your cooking at home! Each course will be accompanied by a unique wine pairing selected by our team from our collection of natural wines. 

BOSTON CHEFS FOR GUN SAFETY

– MONDAY, OCTOBER 7 –

The Table at Season to Taste will host the 2nd annual Boston Chefs for Gun Safety at Wright Locke Farm in Winchester, MA. Peter is proud to join Chefs Carl Dooley and Mary Edinger from The Table, along with fellow guest chefs Cassie Piuma (Sarma), Lydia Reichert (Sycamore), and David Bazirgan (Bambara) for a night of food, drinks, and music on the farm to benefit this important cause, with all proceeds going to Everytown for Gun Safety.
