Everyone at Tasting Counter brings passion and heart to what they do. Merrick recently joined our team as Beverage Director, and when he isn't enlightening us on the finer points of sherry or making us giggle (he took improv classes in Chicago!), he's discovering small production wines, sakes, and beers that pair beautifully with our dishes!

We've been busy with menu development for our new outpost at TimeOut Market in Fenway. We'll be serving menu items inspired by our dishes at Tasting Counter, ranging $8-24. The grand opening is slated for late spring and we look forward to seeing you there!
